Check-in takes place at our partner hotel, Chalet Mirabell in Avelengo, where you can also park your car. Afterwards, we will drive you directly to your chalet.
Summer: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. | Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Winter: Check-in from 5:00 p.m. | Check-out by 8:30 a.m.
Each Chalet Zuegg guest has access to a free parking space in the underground garage of our partner hotel, Chalet Mirabell. After parking, we will drive you directly to your chalet. If you’re travelling with an electric car, you can conveniently charge it at one of our four charging stations (for an additional fee).
All prices are exclusive of the local tourist tax, which amounts to €3.10 per day per guest aged 14 and over. This contribution helps to preserve the natural and cultural treasures of our region. In addition, starting from April, the Alto Adige Guest Pass allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. An environmental contribution of €1.00 per person per night applies for this service.
Our prices vary depending on demand and occupancy, which is why we can guarantee the best rates for early bookers. For last-minute bookings, prices may be higher.
To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer or online deposit.

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code. Please inform us as early as possible in case of a cancellation. The following cancellation conditions apply:
Standard rate
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29 days to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
13 days to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
2 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total price
Save Rate and non refundable rates
These rates are non-refundable.
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms can be rebooked in full or in part. The same applies in the case of early departure. Cancellations are accepted in writing only. To ensure you can look forward to your holiday without worry, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Dogs up to 30 kg are welcome in all chalets and lofts. We charge €45.00 per day (food not included). Please bring your own dog blanket and basket so your four-legged friend can feel completely at home. Surrounding our chalets, you’ll find beautiful nature and plenty of walking trails to enjoy together.
