The mountain air works up an appetite – and our kitchen satisfies it in a truly special way. From breakfast to dinner, everything is prepared with great care and the finest regional ingredients.
Every morning we prepare a fresh and well-stocked breakfast basket and deliver it straight to your accommodation. What could be lovelier than not having to think of anything in the morning and just sitting down in your pyjamas to enjoy the view with a steaming cup of coffee?
In our restaurant in the main house we serve warm dishes at lunchtime. Hearty South Tyrolean specialities take centre stage, though our head chef Helmuth loves to surprise guests with creative twists. On the spacious sun terrace, you dine practically in the heart of nature. At lunchtime, you will share the restaurant with our day guests - in a relaxed atmosphere and with high-quality cuisine.
In the evening, you are welcome to get a take-away meal for a romantic evening in your chalet or loft. A small menu is available for this occasion. Our ski hut is open until 5 p.m. - you can pick up your take-away dinner until then.
